Sex and cycling

Instead of flowers, he should be giving her a new bicycle seat

Many cyclists think that cars and other motor vehicles are the greatest threat to their well-being, but, as pointed out before on this blog, just riding a bike can endanger your sex life. The danger to men was first reported by the NY Times back in 2005. Now the NY Times reports that the same danger exists for women (Can Bicycling Affect a Woman's Sexual Health?). That isn't surprising, since bicycle seats put pressure on the same part of the anatomy for women as they do for men.

The danger can be avoided by using a bicycle seat with a different design. Some macho cyclists are apparently in denial about the problem.
